Privacy policy
FLTWHT is operated by Dumitru Ciudin, doing business as Partsapiens, 5325 Alton Pkwy C300, Irvine, CA 92604, USA. This policy explains what we collect when you use fltwht.com, why, and who it is shared with. Questions: email hello@fltwht.com.
What we collect
- Order information. The name, email address, shipping address and order details you provide at checkout. We use them to fulfil your order and to provide support if something goes wrong.
- Payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Drop list. If you join the drop list, we keep the email address you give us and use it only to send drop announcements.
- Search personalisation. Search results on this site may be re-ranked on your own device using recency-weighted affinity from your on-site activity here (pages you viewed and searches you made). That activity is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and the ranking is computed on your device.
- Basic technical data. Server logs, the cookies needed for the site and cart to work, and privacy-respecting usage counts.
How we share it
We share information only with the processors needed to run the store and deliver orders: our payment processor, print and fulfilment partners, and delivery carriers. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
Email hello@fltwht.com to access, correct or delete your personal data, and we will take care of it.
Effective date: October 17, 2026.
